About the Trek:

Chopta Tungnath trek passes through some beautiful forests and offers an excellent view of the snow peaks. The Trek gives you the opportunity to visit the 1000 year old Tungnath Temple. It is one of the Panch-Kedars and is believed to have been built by Arjuna himself. Chandrashila is famous for its breathtaking 360 degree view of the Himalayan ranges.

Day 01: Arrive Haridwar / Rishikesh
Day first is requesting all the participants to assemble at our Hotels in Haridwar /Rishikesh. Dinner and overnight, Hotels /rest house.

Day 02: Drive to Sari and Trek to Devriyatal
The road goes along the river Alaknanda before entering the Mandakini valley. Gradual uphill all the way up to the beautiful lake of Devariyatal

Day 03: Trek Devriyatal to Chopta (3000m)
The trail goes through the dense forest and stays on the ridge all the way to Tali. From here we descend for a while to cross a stream and then climb up gradually to reach Chopta, located in an idyllic setting having beautiful meadows and is surrounded by dense forests.

Day 04: Trek Chopta – Tungnath (3680m) – Chandrashila Top (4130m)
Start early in the morning and climb up to the temple of Tungnath and beyond. Tungnath, one of the Shiva temples is the highest temple in Garhwal and has definitely a certain mystical/religious aspect which is quite based on the spectacular surrounding and views from there. Views which go far beyond the simple “view of mountains”. The summit of the Chandrashilla peak provides a breathtaking 360 degree view.

Day 05: Drive Back to Rishikesh and Drop at railway station, tour concludes.

INCLUSIONS:- 

  •   Welcome Drinks on arrival
  •   All taxes is included in the package i.e. Parking Charges, Luxury tax, Toll Tax, fuel Tax, Green Tax and Driver Stay.

EXCLUSION:-

  •   Any monument entry fees / camera fees.
  •   Heater charges is not included in the package. 
  •   Any meal, which is not mentioned above.
  •   Any guide charges
  •   Any air / train fare or any items not specified under inclusions
  •   For Heater Requirement directly contact to Hoteliers
  •   Any adventure activity skiing, paragliding etc.
  •   Any personal Expenses- Laundry, shopping etc.
  •   5% GST

Terms & Conditions

  • Package Rates are Per Person and is subject to minimum 02 Passenger traveling together
  • Package is completely subject to availability at the time of making the booking
  • Package rates are valid for Indian Nationals only
  • Cancellation & other policies as per the Hotel/Company rule
  • Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer directly
  • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate hotels option of similar category will be arranged
  • Package rates are subject to change in case of any increase in the hotel cost, transport cost or any other increase of government taxes
  • All our packages are based on Night basis and the last day is for check out which will be as per the hotel policy. We will not be responsible for any extension of stay in the hotel unless explicitly approved in writing by us

  • 20% Cancellation Of The Package Cost After Confirmation/Issuing The Hotel Voucher
  • 25% Cancellation Of The Package Cost Before 7 Days Of The Travelling Date
  • 50% Cancellation Of The Package Cost Before 04 Days Of The Travelling Date
  • 100% Cancellations Before 02 Days Of The Travels Date
  • In Case Passenger Is No Show At The Time Of Departure, 100% Of Tour Cost Shall Be Detected
